At JebCAD, customer satisfaction is our priority — but due to the digital nature of our products, we apply the following refund policy:
Digital Files (Instant Downloads):
- Non-refundable once downloaded
- If you experience file issues or receive a corrupted file, we’ll replace or re-send the file at no extra cost
Custom Orders:
- Partial refunds may be issued before custom work begins
- Once the design process has started, refunds are no longer available
- Revisions are included as per the order agreement
Exceptions:
- Duplicate payments (will be fully refunded)
- Unauthorized charges (upon verification)
